Job Summary
The AHFH Loan Coordinator will play a vital role in helping families achieve homeownership. You will ensure program eligibility, guide clients through the loan process, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service. Your work will directly support our mission of creating sustainable housing solutions for those in need.
Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly commensurate with experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review applications and supporting documents, verify information, and confirm program qualification.
- Order and review property documents for accuracy.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files; update records as needed.
- Input accurate data into tracking systems and generate reports when required.
- Coordinate closings and provide final documentation to lenders and funders.
- Communicate status updates to potential and existing homeowners.
- Assist with post-closing tasks such as warranty requests and loan servicing setup.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• BA/BS plus 10 years leadership experience in either Real Estate, Construction and/or Client Services
• Strong cultural competence and history of working effectively with diverse teams to meet goals and increase organizational performance
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Compelling leadership presence with a track record of working effectively with teams and other members of Senior Leadership Team
• Experience of expanding and cultivating relationships in the real estate and construction in-dustry
