Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop architectural designs and plans
- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with design intent
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional licensure as an architect(not required but a plus)
- Strong understanding of the Florida Building Code and related zoning codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

- Revit Experience is a MUST!

- Professional degree in Architecture, Design or related field at an accredited university.

-2 years of experience with a technical background and capabilities to create working drawings for residential and commercial projects.

-2 years of experience with AutoCAD or a related program and knowledge of architectural exterior and interior building systems.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
