We design and sell bags and accessories online and wholesale that are chic and organized and are the ideal work bag, diaper bag, travel bag, and every day bag. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support Stephanie and Vince Fowler. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
As a fast growing company, we need someone to join our team that is comfortable wearing many hats, is resourceful, creative, hard working, and versatile. This role would assist in a variety of different functions throughout the company. This would ideally be someone that can grow with the company and works very well with Steph and Vince. The primary objective is to free up Steph’s time to focus on continued growth opportunities for the company while ensuring these important tasks are completed. These tasks will include social media engagement, coordinating collaborations, research on new social media and fashion trends, organizing files and drives, coordinating with vendors, assisting with event planning, calendar management, email management, general customer service. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to Steph and Vince.
Job Description
- This position will really be the right hand assistant to Steph
- Will meet with Steph at least weekly to determine the tasks for the week and coming weeks
- Will complete various tasks off of a weekly/monthly/annual checklist
- Process most customer emails as well as instant messages from customers on website - be the first point of contact
- Will do reach outs to work with influencers to schedule collaborations
- Will handle all details with giveaways
- Update content bank from social media posts
- Continually be looking up new research on how to optimize website, social media, etc. to increase conversions
- Will assist with future hiring
- Calendar management for Steph
- Email management for Steph
- Help to organize priorities
- Scheduling meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Work with various vendors as needed
- Event coordination as needed
- Perform market research
- Create presentations, as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, and cloud services
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Incredibly detailed
- Wonderful people skills
- Able to think strategically and high level

Commitment
This is initially a part-time position ranging from 5-10 hours per week. It is expected to grow over time but that will be the range for the first 3-6 months after beginning the position.
