Job Summary
The fire alarm/fixed fire suppression apprentice is responsible for helping with the inspections and repairs of fire alarm and suppression systems.
Responsibilities
- Help with inspecting, test, and maintain fire alarm and fixed fire suppression systems (fire alarm & clean agent).
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with project and service managers, inspectors and clients to ensure compliance with the AHJ, codes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to read technical documents and schematics
- Acceptable driving record
- Have or be able to get a TWIC & OSHA card
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
