???? WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Train and mentor welders to meet Austin Welding Standards
- Weld in ALL positions (FCAW, GMAW-P, and more)
- Fabricate heavy-duty equipment: truck bodies, buckets, tanks, reels
- Read prints and execute precision fit-ups and welds
- Identify bad welds and fix them right (CAC-A, grinding, rework)
- Step in with QA when needed to maintain top-tier quality
- Operate cranes, hoists, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
???? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong MIG/FCAW welding experience
- Can pass a hands-on weld test (this matters)
- Knows prints, symbols, and fabrication processes
- Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
- Natural leader — or ready to become one
- Shows up, works hard, and holds the line on standards

We take safety seriously. Full PPE required and supported:
- Steel-toe boots, eye protection, welding hood, leathers, respirators as needed
- Equipment includes MIG welders, air arc, cranes, hoists, and more
