Location: 2105 Ranch Road 620 South Building 3; Lakeway, TX - PLEASE GPS OUR LOCATION AS WE ARE LOCATED IN LAKEWAY, TEXAS
Schedule (36 Hours):
- Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Sundays vary depending on the time of year, but a full 36 hours still guaranteed)
Pay & Benefits:
- $20 per hour
- 1 week paid vacation - 2 weeks after a year of employment
- Opportunities to earn extra bonuses/promotions through the year
- We do not offer healthcare coverage at this time, but plan to in the future!
About the Role
We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who brings energy, positivity, and a true can-do attitude to our gym. This role is the face of our business—interacting with families, supporting daily operations, and keeping our facility organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
This position is perfect for someone who is bubbly, outgoing, highly motivated, and enjoys staying busy. If you naturally look for things to do when tasks are complete and love working around kids and families, we’d love to meet you!
Front Office & Administrative Duties:
- Greet parents and athletes with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
- Assist families with check-ins, questions, and general information
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, customer charges & payments
- Communicate clearly with coaching, management staff, and customers
Facility Organization & Cleaning
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Organize supplies, paperwork, and front office spaces
- Assist with daily cleaning and restocking throughout the facility
Snack & Supply Management
- Stock and organize snacks, drinks, and front desk supplies
- Monitor inventory and alert management when items are running low
- Keep snack and supply areas clean and orderly
Marketing & Creative Support
- Assist with marketing and creative tasks such as:
- Creating or updating flyers, signage, and promotional materials
- Supporting social media content and gym promotions
- Use Canva (or learn to use Canva) to create visually engaging materials
- Help prepare marketing materials for camps, events, and programs

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Be able to work within Google Workspace
- High School Diploma or higher
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Canva experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Gymnastics or fitness background preferred but not required
- Must pass a criminal background check
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
