Position Summary
The Director of Telehealth leads the strategy, development, and operations of Restore’s national telehealth platform. This role oversees a provider network of approximately 40 Nurse Practitioners delivering more than 15,000 virtual consultations per month across 40 states and is accountable for scaling systems, workflows, and performance to support rapid growth in advanced medical services.
This leader balances clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and consumer experience while building a high-engagement, high-performance provider culture. As Restore launches and scales TRT consults, blood panel reviews, peptide consultations, GLP-1 programs, and personalized wellness plans, this role plays a central part in shaping the future of Restore’s medical platform.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Program Development
Design, launch, and scale telehealth programs aligned with Restore’s long-term medical growth strategy
Partner with executive leadership, medical leadership, operations, technology, and compliance teams to drive adoption and change management
Identify opportunities to expand access, improve utilization, and enhance the consumer journey
Telehealth Operations & Scale
Lead day-to-day telehealth operations across a multi-state provider group
Build and optimize scalable systems, workflows, and staffing models to meet volume and growth targets
Oversee telehealth platforms, EMR/EHR integrations, scheduling systems, and clinical workflows
Manage telehealth budgets, vendor relationships, and cost-efficiency initiatives
Clinical & Provider Leadership
Lead and engage a distributed provider group, fostering accountability, consistency, and a strong clinical culture
Partner with Medical Directors to develop, approve, and maintain clinical protocols and standards of care
Support provider onboarding, training, performance management, and retention
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state and federal telemedicine regulations, and provider licensure requirements across 40 states
Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and medical governance teams
Monitor regulatory changes and proactively adapt telehealth models as needed
Performance Management & Analytics
Define and track KPIs related to access, efficiency, quality, provider productivity, and consumer experience
Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve consult throughput, and optimize clinical capacity
Continuously refine telehealth offerings based on outcomes, trends, and patient feedback
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Leadership & Management
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and distributed clinical providers
Strong people leadership with the ability to build a culture of accountability, engagement, and growth
Telehealth & Technical Expertise
Deep familiarity with telehealth platforms, EMRs/EHRs, digital workflows, and data security
Ability to partner effectively with technology teams to improve system performance and scalability
Regulatory & Clinical Acumen
Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulations, telemedicine laws, and licensing requirements
Ability to bridge clinical standards with operational execution
Strategic & Growth Mindset
Experience scaling programs in high-growth healthcare or virtual care environments

Education & Credentials
Advanced degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related clinical field
Certifications such as PMP, CPHIMS, or similar are a plus

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
