We are a busy, fast-paced collision repair facility looking for a motivated Production Associate / Quality Control Specialist to help keep our repair process organized and ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards before delivery.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the repair process and prior to vehicle delivery.
- Verify completed repairs meet manufacturer and shop quality standards.
- Conduct final vehicle inspections for fit, finish, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Coordinate vehicle movement through each stage of production.
- Monitor repair status and assist with production flow to minimize delays.
- Communicate with technicians, estimators, parts personnel, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
- Identify and address repair concerns before customer delivery.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, complete, and ready for delivery.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
- Assist with additional production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the collision repair or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
