THE BASICS
Pay: As our Service Well Bartender, you'll earn $18 per hour plus 18% of your F&B sales and 6% of outlet alcohol sales, giving you the opportunity to earn more for your skill and service.
Schedule: This is a full-time bartending position with afternoon and evening shifts from 4 PM to close. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will vary from 4–8 hours, with occasional split shifts.

YOUR DAY AS A SERVICE WELL BARTENDER
In this role, you'll mix and serve premium drinks, recommend pairings, and create memorable experiences. You'll maintain a spotless bar, manage inventory, and support your team during events and holidays, all while delivering service that exceeds expectations.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A SERVICE WELL BARTENDER
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current TABC & Texas food handlers certifications
- 1 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant or club
- Base knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- Ability to create classic and craft cocktails
- Professional and genuine in appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move and lift up to 55-90 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time
Experience in a club setting and basic computer skills are a plus.
