WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
You will have a flexible and varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure seamless operations during our busiest times.
As an Experienced Assistant Clubhouse Dining Manager, you will take charge of all food and beverage services across poolside, banquet, a la carte, and tournament events, ensuring each area operates at the highest level in line with club standards. Each day, you will mentor and direct your team, drawing on your leadership experience to recruit, train, and develop staff while upholding safety, dress codes, and operational excellence. You will be the go-to problem solver for members, handling their questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Your expertise will also drive performance management, scheduling, payroll, and cost control, as you complete opening, closing, and manager-on-duty procedures and contribute to special projects.
EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE DINING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of progressive food and beverage management experience in a private club, hotel, resort, or similar high-end hospitality environment
- Leadership experience with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
- Solid knowledge of food preparation and presentation, plus working knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, member-centric setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, lift 45 lbs., and balance trays for extended periods
- Club experience (highly preferred)
- College degree in business management or hospitality management (preferred)
