Catering Operations
We are looking for a dependable, task-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our catering operations team. This is a hands-on position supporting the preparation, loading, delivery, and return of equipment and supplies for events.
The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Responsibilities
- Pull, organize, stage, and load catering equipment and event supplies
- Prepare vehicles for event deliveries and pickups
- Drive Sprinter vans and 15-foot box trucks to and from event locations
- Make client-facing deliveries and pickups, representing the company professionally at client and event locations
- Load and unload equipment, food service items, tables, coolers, and other catering supplies
- Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and equipment returns as needed
- Keep the warehouse, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized
- Check equipment and supplies for accuracy, cleanliness, and condition
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Work closely with warehouse, culinary, event, and operations teams
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Perform other warehouse and event-support duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be comfortable driving Sprinter vans and 15-foot box trucks
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working primarily outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Task-oriented with the ability to stay organized and productive
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
- Professional and personable when interacting with clients and vendors
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Previous warehouse, catering, event, delivery, or hospitality experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 per hour
