We are hiring for a CDL class A to run water tanker delivery routes through central Texas. We are an emergency services company, so youmust be willing to work flexible hours, long days when needed, and take calls at all hours. Some projects will be out of town, requiring drivers to be gone multiple days or weeks.
A tanker endorsement IS A MUST. Experience with 13 and 18 speed IS A MUST.
Base pay is $100,000 annually, assuming 50-hour work weeks, and pay increases with performance and overtime.
You must:
Have a clean driving/criminal record with no felonies
Be able to pass a DOT drug screen
Be able to climb up and down the truck as needed
Be able to climb up and down 24' water tanks
Be able to drive a MANUAL TRANSMISSION!!
Be willing to work over 60 hours per week through peak demand
Be willing to work weekends
Be willing to work out of town
Tanker experience is preferred but the TANKER ENDORSEMENT IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial tankers to transport water safely.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including maintaining a valid CDL with appropriate endorsements.
- Load and unload water efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Pick up the phone and call the business if you are qualified and serious. An online application alone, doesn't stand out.
- We are a small company where reliability and hard work is appreciated. Random bonus are sometimes given without notice.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all trips.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.
- Be able to be on-call
