During your training period, you will
- Earn required FINRA licenses by studying for and passing the Life Insurance, SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 exams during the initial 3-4 months, while developing the discipline and strategies necessary for a regulated, advice-driven environment.
- Build foundational and service capabilities by assisting clients and licensed agents with Financial programs.
- Apply learning in real time through web based and client facing activities that reinforce our need-based, client-first approach.
- Within 18-24 months, you will be equipped to build your own practice with our support.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in pursuing a career in financial planning and advice
- Motivation to engage and perform in face-to-face or virtual client conversations
- Passion for helping, understanding, and listening to client needs and navigating solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt in a changing environment
