What You’ll Do
In this hands-on HR role, you will:
- Support all HR functions, including Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment
- Assist with staffing: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Develop and coordinate employee relations programs and plant activities
- Administer HR policies while providing guidance and decision-making support
- Deliver employee communications with professionalism and confidentiality
- Administer benefits and support employee inquiries
- Engage in community activities to help build a positive local presence
To be considered for this HR Generalist position, you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- At least 1 year of related HR experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and time management
- Experience with ADP or KRONOS (a plus).
