Your Role as Maintenance Manager:
- Lead a team of skilled technicians, mechanics, electricians, ammonia techs, and support staff
- Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and managing a computerized CMMS
- Be a hands-on leader—ready to assist during major breakdowns
- Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Expertise: Mechanical & electrical skills, ACDC motor experience, ammonia refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing people, motivating teams, and assigning work effectively
- Industry Knowledge: HTST systems, pumps, valves, legal compliance, liquid products processing
- Preferred: PLC experience, ammonia systems knowledge
- Positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to work in a high-volume, 24/6 environment.
