We are recruiting Field Service Technicians who will focus on the customer providing high levels of service in the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of various industrial equipment & systems in the West TN / Memphis areas, including cranes, elevators, material handling equipment, hoists, conveyor systems, lifts, etc. Your responsibilities as a Field Service Technician will be to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and systems as well as recommending solutions that benefit both the customer and are in line with company policies. You will need a strong electrical and mechanical background with experience in controls / controls systems such as VFD, Vector, and PLCs. You’ll need experience with cranes, elevators, material handling equipment, hoists, conveyors, gear drives, couplings, bearings wire rope hoist, chain hoist – industrial equipment. You must be a good communicator who can interact with site engineering personnel and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Must have a customer service mindset.Minimum requirements for the Field Service Technician position:· High School Diploma or GED· At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience in the heavy material handling equipment industry· Experience with VDF, Vector and PLC controls, industrial equipment & parts such as bearings, cranes, conveyors, elevators, material handling equipment, couplings, hoists, gear drives, etc.· Have a skilled mathematical, mechanical, & electrical aptitude· Must be able to lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects.
Salary : $62,000 - $88,000
