We are looking for an energetic and friendly Drive-Through Barista to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, take orders via the drive-through window, and ensure each customer receives fast and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously at the drive-through window.
- Take accurate customer orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-through hut and equipment.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred but not required.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication skills.
