REPORTS TO: EVMS Manager SUPERVISES: None. AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with the Production and Maintenance on the monthly Performance Reports to monitor progress according to Earned Value Management Standards Produces, Updates, and Maintains weekly Empower data to monitor internal labor progress according to Earned Value Management Standards Assists in the Maintenance of all required documents for a project Work Authorization Documents (WADs) Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) Control Account Plan (CAP) Contract Budget Baseline Log (CBBL) Baseline Adjustment Request (BAR) Log Undistributed Budget (UB) Log Assists with the Timely and Accurate pricing of Baseline Adjustment Requests (BARs) Analyzes and validates all EVMS and performance data (weekly / monthly). Supports any required formal reviews or meetings with government EVMS representatives. Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) Production Readiness Review (PRR) Joint Surveillance Audit (JSA) Monthly progress review meetings Generates weekly reports that are required for weekly Austal Management Reviews Assists in testing of any EVMS software / process changes and/or updates Assists in Compliance Audits and Maintenance (DRs, CAPs) QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE: College degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience/combined education Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) preferred Detail-oriented and organized Effective communication skills to facilitate teamwork with various departments and effect customer satisfaction with internal customers. Experience in a DOD and/or shipbuilding, a plus. Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel TOOLS: N/A DIRECTION EXERCISED: None. DISCRETION EXERCISED: None.
