The van’s spacious interior helps pets maneuver easily and enhances the groomer’s ability to ensure all of the pet’s needs are met. Aussie Pet Mobile is 100% cage-free, one-on-one attention in the comfort of our client’s driveway.
Responsibilities:
- Groom pets according to specific breed standards and customer preferences
- Bathe, brush, and trim pets' fur or hair
- Clip nails and clean ears
- Provide basic grooming services such as teeth brushing
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and any specific instructions or concerns
Skills:
- Experience in pet grooming or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and calmly
- Proficiency in using grooming tools such as clippers, shears, brushes, and combs
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in grooming techniques
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working with energetic animals
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for pet owners
- Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
