- Proficiency in all grooming services: bathing, trimming, nail cutting, and styling of all breeds
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Travel to grooming appointments – all appointments are scheduled for you!
- Properly assess the pet, complete each groom to the customer’s satisfaction and effectively communicate with the family about each pet’s care and maintenance needs
- Be honest, ethical, trustworthy and dependable
- MUST LOVE ANIMALS
- Possess excellent customer service skills, listening and relationship building skills
