- Serve as an in-store brand ambassador for wireless and connectivity services
- Professionally engage customers inside high-traffic retail locations
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
- Explain available plans, promotions, devices and savings
- Help customers select services that fit their household
- Complete customer enrollments accurately
- Work toward clearly defined individual and team goals
- Participate in daily sales and leadership development
- Learn how to recruit, train and motivate a successful retail team
- Take on increasing responsibility as you meet performance benchmarks

Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time, paid W-2 position
- Hourly earnings with uncapped performance-based commissions
- Monthly bonuses, contests and recognition
- Successful performers can target $45,000–$70,000 annually
- Store leadership positions can offer six-figure earning potential
