Commercial Property Manager – Medical Office Portfolio
A growing commercial real estate company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of medical office properties across multiple states. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the portfolio, including tenant relations, vendor oversight, property maintenance coordination, budgeting, reporting, and capital improvement projects.
This position is based in Middletown, NJ, with periodic travel to portfolio properties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience required
- Experience managing commercial office, medical office, retail, or mixed-use properties
- Experience overseeing multiple properties and/or regional portfolios preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Yardi and/or AVID preferred
