Aurum Developments LLC is an exterior construction and restoration company based in Danville, Illinois, serving property owners across east-central Illinois and the Indianapolis area. We repair and replace storm-damaged siding, gutters, and windows and handle general exterior construction projects. We're adding independent sales representatives to grow our local pipeline.
What you'll do:
- Canvass neighborhoods after hail and wind storms, on your own schedule
- Inspect and photograph exterior damage: siding, gutters, windows
- Walk property owners through the insurance restoration process
- Close restoration agreements; our production team handles the build
Compensation (read before applying):
- Independent contractor (1099), commission-only. No base salary and no employee benefits; you handle your own taxes, insurance, and expenses.
- Commissions run 8-12% of contract value, typically $1,500-$4,000 per completed project.
- Good-faith first-year estimate for a rep working a full pipeline: $60,000-$120,000. Uncapped. Earnings vary with storm activity, market, and individual results and are not guaranteed.
What you'll need:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with in-person prospecting
- Outside or door-to-door sales experience helps (solar, pest control, alarms, windows) but is not required
