Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, located in Beloit, WI, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, preparing and submitting expense reports, and coordinating internal and external communications. The role also entails ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive team, supporting decision-making processes, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing high-level Executive Support
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports with acute attention to detail
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling and organizational abilities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage internal and external interactions effectively
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment is a plus
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required
