We're on the lookout for an empathetic and driven Patient Care Coordinator to become an integral part of our Spravato and eventually TMS programs. This role is pivotal in orchestrating seamless care between our patients and clinical staff.
Key Duties:
- Foster a supportive and inviting atmosphere for all who enter our doors
- Establish meaningful connections with our clientele
- Provide comforting support during Spravato Monitoring Sessions
- Contribute to outreach efforts to enhance our Spravato services
- Administer TMS treatments with precision and care
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, healthcare, or business
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Brings valuable experience from healthcare or clinical settings (preferred)
- Possesses familiarity with TMS equipment operation (preferred)
- Has navigated health insurance communications (preferred)
- Exhibits strong organizational prowess and strategic planning abilities
- Upholds the highest standards of patient confidentiality
- Maintains a professional demeanor in all interactions
- Adapts readily to address diverse patient needs

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $22-25/ hour
