Trumpf CNC Punch Press Operator – 2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday, working 3pm - 1:30am)

Position Summary
The CNC Punch Press Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Trumpf CNC punch press equipment to manufacture precision plastic components that meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Trumpf CNC punch press machines safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and production documents
- Verify material type, thickness, and job specifications before production
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges
- Load and unload plastic sheets and materials
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues
- Complete production documentation and quality records
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred, but not required; in-house training available
- Experience with Trumpf equipment is a plus
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Schedule
- Full-Time
- 2nd Shift (4 ten-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday)
