Role Description
As a Security Dispatch Lead, you will oversee and manage security dispatch operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring security activities, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate incident documentation. You will be expected to work closely with security personnel, district staff, and law enforcement as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurora, CO.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in dispatch operations, emergency response coordination, and maintaining security systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with incident reporting, documentation, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and relevant safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and act decisively in high-stress situations
- Familiarity with software systems and tools for dispatch and data recording
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in security or emergency response are a plus
