Job Summary
We’re hiring a reliable Janitor/Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout a facility in St. Charles. This role involves routine cleaning, light maintenance, and ensuring all work areas remain safe, organized, and ready for daily operations. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

St. Charles, IL
Key Duties
- Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and sanitizer
- Clean windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces
- Operate basic cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuums, buffers)
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow all safety procedures
- Respond to cleaning requests from supervisors or staff
Requirements
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to be on your feet, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
