We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who has chosen Human Resources as their career path and is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. This role is perfect for someone who’s people- and process-driven, thrives in a fast-changing environment, and loves building and refining system, not just checking tasks off a list.
What You’ll Do
As part of our People & Culture team, the P&C Coordinator helps shape every stage of the employee experience, from recruiting and onboarding to communication, engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. Because our headquarters operates separately from our spa locations, this person must be skilled at building trust and relationships without daily in-person connection.
Support job postings, candidate screening and interviews across 9 locations
Provide high quality, white glove service to our employees
Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
Assist with new hire paperwork, onboarding and offboarding logistics
Manage HR system updates
Maintain employee files and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality
Contribute to projects that enhance HR processes and company culture
Help maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, and team member information.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up for employee performance reviews and feedback sessions
What We’re Looking For
Experience working in the service or hospitality industry (spa, hotel, restaurant, or similar environment)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
Passion for Human Resources and people operations
Excellent organization, follow-through, and communication skills
Prior HR internship or office experience is a plus
Must be able to commute to Des Peres, MO - 5 days a week
