What You’ll Be Doing
As our Spa Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact and the heartbeat of our client experience. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate client and service records
- Support the team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate with entire team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Promote services, specials, and packages to enhance the client journey
🕒 Schedule
This is a full-time position working 36–40 hours/week.
You’ll enjoy a mix of 8 and 10-hour weekday shifts, plus every other Saturday from 8:30am–2:00pm.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, energetic professional with a client-first attitude. The ideal candidate brings:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (spa or wellness experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with spa scheduling/management software
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
