Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, as required.
- Perform repair-type maintenance on equipment, as required.
- Order and pick up parts when needed.
- Coordinate larger maintenance projects with outside sources.
- Make process improvements when necessary.
- Log maintenance projects and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Communicate with other maintenance, production, warehouse, and lab personnel.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years production maintenance experience (including facility and machinery maintenance including troubleshooting, machinery startup and installation, preventative maintenance programs and spare parts inventory experience).
- Aptitude in both mechanical and electrical maintenance (including PLC controls).
- Proven attention to detail, initiative, and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs without assistance.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and moving machinery.
- Willingness and flexibility to work across all three local facilities as business needs require.
