Registered Nurse (RN) –Radiology Outpatient (Northside Imaging)
Chicago, IL (Lakeview Neighborhood)
Part time; 20 hours a week; Mon-Fri and every other Saturday shifts
Where You Will Work:
As a Nurse in the Outpatient Radiology Northside Imaging, you will be responsible for outpatient care to patients requiring nursing care during radiology imaging; from preop to post op in a team environment. Includes peripheral IV insertion and observation of contrast administration for adverse reactions/treatment.
We’re Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferably in Critical Care, IR, PACU
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
