Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Aurora Medical Center Summit | Oconomowoc, WI

Aurora Medical Center Summit is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative anesthesia team serving patients in Oconomowoc and the surrounding southeastern Wisconsin region.

Position Highlights

• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive compensation range: $121-$159/hour
• No call responsibilities, no weekends, and no holiday coverage required
• 5 x 8-hour shift schedule
• Rotation through two ambulatory surgery center locations
• ACT Practice Model
• Guaranteed additional shift opportunities with premiums of $75-$100/hour above base rate
• 30 days PTO with additional accrual based on years of service
• 40 CME hours annually
• $2,250 CME allowance
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative period.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff.
• Participate in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Minimum Education And Experience Required

• License/Registration/Certification Required:
• Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND
• Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA).
• Active DEA registration prior to hire
• Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire
• Education Required: Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience Required: No experience required. Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
