Energy Services is building a team of elite Level 3 Blade Repair Technicians
for a growing portfolio of wind energy projects across North America. We offer

COMPENSATION
Level 3: $37–$40/hr

SCHEDULE
-
Rotation: 6 weeks on / 1 week off
-
Hours: 50–60/week average
-
Year-round work with extended campaigns
-
Priority placement for returning technicians

REQUIREMENTS
-
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
-
GWO BST — current in WINDA
-
GWO BTT — electrical, hydraulic, mechanical
-
IRATA or SPRAT — current
-
OSHA 10 General Industry
-
SGRE Blade C or D certificate
-
GE NAM Blade LOTO certificate
-
Valid driver's license
-
Ready to mobilize immediately
PREFERRED
-
5 years composite blade repair experience
-
Epoxy/polyester resins, wet lay-up, vacuum bag techniques
-
Balsa and foam core materials
-
Fiberglass reinforcement and structural repair
-
Technical drawing interpretation
-
360-degree and 2M basket platform experience
-
Able to climb 300 feet, lift 75 lbs, work in extreme conditions
-
Clean MVR required
