⚡ We're Hiring: Field Service Representative – Transformer Maintenance
Aurora is growing, and we're looking for experienced transformer technicians to join our field team supporting utility-scale solar projects across the U.S.
This is a traveling role (80–100%) for professionals who know their way around pad-mounted and substation transformers — and want to do meaningful work in the renewable energy space.
🔧 What you'll do:
• IR (Megger) and TTR testing
• Transformer maintenance and diagnostics
• Troubleshoot bushings, cooling systems, and leaks
• Follow LOTO, NFPA 70E, and high-voltage safety protocols
✅ What you bring:
• 3 years of transformer testing/maintenance experience
• Electrical background (Journeyman or equivalent)
• Ability to travel 80–100% nationwide
• OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E (or willingness to obtain)
