This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse position located in Fargo, ND. As a Registered Nurse at Aurora Dialysis, you will provide direct patient care, including managing dialysis treatments, monitoring patients’ conditions, and administering medications as needed. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective care, educate patients and their families about treatment plans, and document patient progress accurately. In this role, fostering a respectful and empathetic environment for patients and supporting team collaboration is key.
- Clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and knowledge of hemodialysis procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities for maintaining accurate patient records and handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Clear and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to respond to medical situations promptly and effectively.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact licensure with eligibility to practice in North Dakota.
- BLS and ACLS certification (or willing to obtain prior to starting).
- Previous experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred but not required.
