Job Description
Come join our team of competent and compassionate professionals at Aurora Behavioral Health System. ABHS, Arizona's largest free-standing psychiatric hospital system, is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses. Our Level 1, acute care psychiatric facility located in Tempe is licensed to treat adults and adolescents for a wide range of psychiatric conditions and chemical dependency. Our team is currently accepting applications for an RN to work with children/adolescents who present with specialized needs based on developmental diagnoses such as Autism as well as intellectual delays.
The Psychiatric RN will provide professional nursing care to patients according to hospital policy and procedure; will assess patient care needs, plan and implement nursing care procedures, evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary; will provide teaching to patients and their families; will direct the work of nursing support staff through the use of appropriate delegation and supervision skills.

Requirements
ADN or BSN from an accredited college or university.
Valid Arizona RN license in good standing.
Must be 21 years old or older.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
Meet Qualifications For An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
