You'll manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and maintain the reception area to ensure it reflects the professionalism of our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Issue visitor badges and monitor access per hospital policy
- Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and hospital guidelines
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain a Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Per-Diem

- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical
- Must be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card
