About The Role

What You'll Do
- Assist RNs with patient care and activities of daily living
- Participate in shift rounds and contribute to treatment planning
- Support crisis intervention efforts and gather essential patient information
- Lead or assist with therapeutic groups and activities as assigned
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for patients
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
