Guest Service Agent

Towneplace Suites by Marriott Lady Lake/The Villages is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent for their busy hotel! Compensation is competitive based on experience. Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Maintain eye contact, use a positive tone, listen actively, and respond appropriately.
• Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities.
• Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promptly address hazards.
• Full-time hours available (at least 32 hours per week); must have flexible availability for all shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Experience/Education

High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
