Job Title: Sales Operations Admin

Department: Revenue Operations

Location: On-site (Oklahoma City, OK)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Oklahoma City. The Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in strengthening our GTM engine by supporting the execution of sales policies and commission processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of sales commission plans, including data entry, tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on modeling and monthly payout calculations.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of sales policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update sales performance data using Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.
  • Respond to inquiries from the Sales team regarding commission calculations and policy clarifications.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Interest in developing a career in Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the Director of Revenue Operations – Policies, Commissions and Incentives.
