We expect you to bring expertise and execution of creative and graphic design projects. You will work closely with our marketing and creative team to develop engaging content across various digital and print media. Your attention to detail, artistic flair, and ability to think outside the box will help drive our creative initiatives. This will be most likely begin part-time or on a trial basis to test ability and skillset. With full-time being offered depending on fit.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and create innovative designs for a variety of media including websites, SEO, social media, email, marketing materials, brochures, print, and advertising materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure alignment with the company’s visual identity.
- Utilize graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality digital and print materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design materials.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
