What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Vice President – Product position at Aurigo Software Technologies?
Role Overview:
Aurigo is the AI‑native platform for capital owners, connecting planning, decision‑making, and execution in a single environment where intelligence operates within workflows. AI at Aurigo is not a feature layer — agents act inside the system of record with permissions, approvals, audit trails, and human control, turning decisions into action and outcomes.
As SVP, Product, you will lead Aurigo’s global product organization and own product strategy, execution, and outcomes across a mission‑critical, enterprise‑scale platform. Reporting to the CEO, this role ensures the product delivers differentiated value to customers running complex, high‑stakes capital programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Aurigo’s product strategy and roadmap across planning, delivery, governance, and intelligence workflows.
- Ensure the platform consistently delivers trusted outcomes, balancing innovation with reliability, explainability, and control.
- Lead end‑to‑end product execution — from discovery through delivery, adoption, and value realisation.
- Embed strong product judgement across AI‑native workflows, ensuring intelligence operates within real user contexts and decision boundaries.
- Maintain deep customer intimacy, grounding product decisions in how capital programme owners work and make decisions.
- Build, lead, and scale a high‑performing global team of Product Leaders, Product Managers, UX, and Product Operations.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data/AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure alignment and execution discipline.
- Work with the CEO and ELT to translate company strategy into clear product priorities and trade‑offs
What Success Looks Like

- The product organisation operates with strong judgement, accountability, and delivery confidence.
- Aurigo deepens its position as the leading AI‑native platform for capital programme management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a premier institution (top 30 globally)

- 15 years of experience in enterprise or platform product roles, including senior product leadership.
- Proven experience leading complex, mission‑critical products with demanding customers.
- Strong product judgement in AI‑native or data‑intensive platforms, with emphasis on trust, governance, and real‑world adoption.
- Track record of building and scaling high‑performing product teams.
- Ability to operate effectively with a CEO while remaining grounded in product detail and execution.
