Auria is looking to hire a Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager to join our Corporate Contracts team. This role is on-site position in Colorado Springs, CO.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and internal purchasing system requirements.
- Manage all purchasing activities, including vendor selection, price/cost analysis, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, in compliance with company policies.
- Support and maintain an approved purchasing system in alignment with CPSR expectations.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.
- Lead a team of supply chain and purchasing professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Analyze procurement and supply chain data to drive efficiencies and cost savings, prepare reports, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to support proposal, award and execution phases.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing management within a government contracting environment. * Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, cost/price analysis and strategic sourcing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience supporting or operating within a CPSR-compliant purchasing system preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain software
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, and cost optimization initiatives.
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
- Strong understanding of government contracting procurement requirements (FAR/DFARS).
- Experience with CPSR or purchasing system compliance expectations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in supply chain management.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $115,100 - $130,900
