Auria is looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to support the C2BMC program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO.
As a DevOps Cloud engineer on the C2BMC-Global team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a complex hyperconverged cloud infrastructure on the Nutanix platform.

As a DevOps Cloud engineer on the C2BMC-Global team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a complex hyperconverged cloud infrastructure on the Nutanix platform.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts with tools such as Ansible or Terraform
- Collaborate with development teams to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process and automation improvements
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using a range of technologies, including Bash, Python, Ansible, and PowerShell
- Test and validate automation solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are defect-free
- Must be a detail-oriented individual who can track the impact of events and actions on the underlying infrastructure being managed, such as patching and maintenance
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
- Applicants must have a current, active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (such as Security CE, CCNA-Security, CySA , CND, etc.) at the time of application, which is required to start. The candidate is responsible for maintaining their DoD 8140 certification throughout the entire contract period
- Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Red Hat OpenStack, or Nutanix
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server system administration
- Experience with a scripting language such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience implementing configuration management methodologies using Ansible
- Prior experience with a Nutanix Hyperconverged on-prem cloud platform
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment
- Scrum Master experience and certification are a plus
