Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site and field-based role in Farmingdale, NY for a Field Sales Representative. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for traveling to retail locations such as pharmacies, wellness stores, and similar in-person accounts to support the sale and placement of dietary supplements and wellness products. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective retail accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with store owners and buyers, promoting products in person, following up on active accounts, monitoring account activity, maintaining organized sales records, and helping expand product presence across multiple locations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to support account success and product delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly to different retail locations for in-person sales and account support
- Experience in field sales, retail sales, account management, or business development preferred
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacies, wellness stores, and other retail partners
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track outreach, follow-ups, account activity, and sales progress
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dietary supplements, wellness products, or health-related retail is a plus
- Prior experience in the health, wellness, CPG, or supplement industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time and on-site/out in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
