Your Role
As a member of Aurex's FFs manufacturing team, you will be at the forefront of executing our mission. As a CNC Machinist you will play a critical role in significantly impacting the company and industry.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Minimum of 1 years programming experience using cam software, Mastercam preferred
- GED required, trade school certificate a plus, or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of both 3 and 5-axis mills, Lathe experience
- Ability to hold close dimensional tolerances .0002-.002
- Experience in designing fixtures
- Ability to interpret aerospace prints with a high amount of GD&T
- Capable of producing conforming parts to specifications within the required time frame while maintaining all quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
We are most interested in candidates who also have the following:
- A passion and aptitude for learning, along with a great work ethic
- Experience in aerospace prototype machining
- Mastercam experience
- Experience with Dmg Mori and Okuma machines
- Ability to program and operate both mills and lathes
- Experience in an AS9100 and/or ISO9000-certified production environment
How You Will Be Rewarded
The compensation range for this role is $20.00/hr to $35.00/hr.
