We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to serve as a key operational partner within the Human Resources team, supporting end‑to‑end recruiting operations, internship programs, and onboarding activities. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with strong experience coordinating high‑volume and complex recruiting workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring recruiting processes run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal standards and employment regulations. This individual will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, candidates, and external vendors to deliver a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior‑level coordination support across recruiting and onboarding activities for multiple departments and disciplines
- Serve as primary coordination support for the internship program, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, and program administration
- Post and manage job requisitions across career sites and external job boards, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Schedule interviews and manage logistics including calendars, panel coordination, travel arrangements, and feedback follow‑up
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a professional and positive experience
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre‑employment requirements such as background checks and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness
- Track recruiting activity and provide status updates, reporting, and metrics to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership
- Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, time‑to‑hire, and candidate experience
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance and informal mentoring to junior coordinators or team members
- Support general HR administration, employee inquiries, and department initiatives as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR support
- Strong experience supporting multiple, concurrent requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; Oracle Recruiting Cloud highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience supporting internship, campus, or early‑career recruiting programs preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across HR and Talent Acquisition teams
Salary : $65,000 - $78,000
