We are seeking a reliable Data Center Operator for our top client in the Des Moines area. You will support overnight system operations by monitoring computers and equipment, running scheduled jobs, and reporting any issues.You will also maintain printers and supplies, follow documented procedures, and work with the team to keep systems running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor systems and nightly batch jobs
- Respond to alerts and system issues; escalate when needed
- Run scheduled jobs using Control-M
- Perform basic administrative tasks following procedures
- Support IT teams via ServiceNow, phone, Teams, email, or in person
- Assist with data center equipment and nightly production printing
- Participate in select weekend or project activities as assigned
Preferred Experience
- Prior IT or operations experience a plus
