Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Schaumburg, IL. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing tailored connectivity solutions. This role requires effective communication to explain products and services, negotiating and closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The individual will also stay updated on industry trends and solutions offered by AT&T.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored connectivity and communication solutions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities
- Knowledge of internet, mobility, and communication technologies, with familiarity in AT&T solutions being a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in B2B sales or technology solutions is advantageous
